I have had a plan to create a personalized Wellness Recovery Action Program (WRAP) to help me manage my disability: Bipolar Disorder. I decided to write down in a binder a Daily Page that outlined the things I did everyday, focusing on some basic information to help me track my recent habits. I am hoping to change these daily/semi-daily blogs so that they will help me form my personalized WRAP. I will also be adding links that I think are significant to Mental Illness and also a separate link list for WRAP interests.

Uh Oh, I Think I'm Not Doing Well...

I will post Friday Saturday and Sunday later on today. My days are mixed up more than usual. And I am glitching. Where am I? I am not sure. Now I am trying to hang on. 3 days with out posting or writing everyday. What is going on? I am starting to get scared. I am going to go to bed now instead of trying to catch up. Time is slipping away from me again and I fear that sickness is here.
